1 General Provisions

1.1 Eligibility

1971 bat services are available only to persons residing in Bangladesh who are at least 21 years of age. No minor or person under 21 may open an account or use the platform. Valid age-verifying identification may be required at the time of registration.

1.2 Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, logging in, or using any service, the user is deemed to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to any term, please refrain from using the service.

1.3 Changes to Terms

1971 bat reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect from the date of publication. It is the user's responsibility to review changes regularly. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of that change.

2 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Account Creation

Each user may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any funds or bonuses in those accounts may be forfeited. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

2.2 Identity Verification

1971 bat may at any time request a national identity card or other government-issued document for identity verification. Deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims may be put on hold until verification is complete. An account created with false information will be closed immediately.

2.3 Account Security

It is solely the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential. Use of the account by any third party is not permitted. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the support team immediately.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.3 Fraud Prevention

If suspicious transactions or evidence of financial abuse are found, 1971 bat may suspend withdrawals from the relevant account and conduct an investigation. During this time the account holder must provide the necessary information and documents.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to ৳10,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit that earns a ৳1,000 bonus gives a balance of ৳2,000 — before the bonus can be withdrawn, ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered.

4.2 Other Promotional Terms

4.3 Bonus Abuse

5 Gaming and Betting Rules

7 Responsible Gaming

10.2 Voluntary Closure by User

If a user wishes to close their account, please contact the support team. Any valid withdrawal request will be processed before closure — however, bonuses for which wagering requirements have not been met will be cancelled.

11 Technical Issues and Disclaimer

1971 bat is not responsible for any disruption to games or betting caused by internet connectivity issues, power outages, or interruptions to third-party services. In such situations, the original stake will be returned where applicable, but no estimated winnings will be paid as compensation.

15 Severability and Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is found to be ineffective or inapplicable, only that part will be deemed void — the remaining Terms will remain fully in force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between 1971 bat and the user and supersede any previous oral or written understanding.
